im unlucking lg kg270 help cant connect im using kg 800 cable but no luck please help me do the job done infinity team

Hello,

Please, check cable pinout in Infinity-Box Shell, check COM port selection.
In case of future problems post here operation log so we will be able to check the problem more detailed.
