Im trying to enter support area, but it says use latest support manager, mine is shell 1.21

try on another pc and you'll solve your problem coz it's a pc conflit
I have the same prob but I don't need to format my system and it's worked when I use another pc
that's all and hope can help you

use mirror1 or mirror 2

if you still have problems with support area login make this:
1. run DongleManager
2. make \"read S.N\" operation
3. send dongle detailes to [email protected] and explain what is your problem
