plz sir help me. . . i open the language pack edit madule this message is appear. . .

Dongle[s/n]is not activated for current software module
current dongle activation level:0001
required dongle activation level:0005
contact to your reseller to get information about additional activation

plz sir help me how to solve this problem. . .
