support help to unlock skyzen ez400, i unlock all good, but remains locked to another operator. I read the code and introduce them manually? Or as I unlocked... thanks

Hello,

1. make full flash backup
2. Try to use different unlock methods: "read codes", "smart fast" and "standard"
3. If still no luck after all these methods send flash backup and operation.log file to [email protected] so we can check what is wrong
