infinity installation problem

i have a problem with my infinity box. it works fine but when i installed hwk on my pc the problem started. the software will run but it can't connect to the phone. i have check my installation procedure base on the instructions given but to no avail. i have also installed and uninstalled the box (drivers v.1.4 and main set-up v.2.11a) many times but still no luck.






the phone will start as i press the power button which is not the way it should be. any help is highly appreciated... thanks br..

thanks for the quick reply sir... i have already changed the latency parameter from 16 to 4 as instructed but the problem is still there. by the way i'm just using motorola c261 to test its (box) connectivity on this particular pc. if i use the box including the cable and the test phone, to my other pc, the connection is fine. it will read the phones' info. this problem puzzled me. i have already uninstalled other gsm repair boxes. now only infinity is installed on this pc but still i got no connection when i tried to test the phone.. any solution sir? thanks

the subject phone is not for open line but for testing purposes only. if i use infinity box to the other pc, it will work. it can read the phone. but on this particular pc its not working. it cant connect. and that is my big problem..any idea sir?

Hello,

I think it may be only one problem: with FTDI box drivers.
1. uninstall drivers: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ftdiunin.exe
2. reboot PC
3. install FTDI drivers again
