I don't able to unlock any phone via Infinity , no phones I able to connect to software try everything buy new cables to but nothing , what I'm doing wrong ? most of the phone I get V170 , v139 cingular , v173, v170,172,171.

i unlock V170 yesterday,my infinity is unlocking many phones, why yours is not?
