I am really sad to say. That i am bit sad with infinity box support. Every thing unlocking flashing is ok. But no support for pinfinder and language editor. I am using 2 infinity box. 1 have pinfinder service working and language editor not work. And 2nd box dosen't have both activation. So i request over respectable moderators to help me in this matter,

I did not understand well what is the problem with support.
Please, more facts about problems. We like honest explanation instead of rumors like "something wrong".
If you don't say what is wrong this means you did not tried to solve your problem !

MY BOX IS NOT ACTIVATING, I HAVE TRIED TO ACTIVATE IT WITH LATESTDONGLE FIRMWARE.BUT IT IS NOT ACTIVATING. MY OLD BOX IS WORKING CORRECTLY.I AM USING IT FROM A LONG TIME,

Please, explain in details what you have tried to do with PinFinder.
Did you tried to activate this PinFinder for other box already ?

i have to 2 pinfinders and 2 infinity boxses, 1 set is working correctly, and 3nd can not be activated, i mean my old pinfinder and box are working correctly, but the new 1 box and pinfinder are not activating, all problem is in my new infinity box, when i connect my new pinfinder with my old infinity box, it works 100% correct, and when i connect new pinfinder with new box it need activation. so please this is now my explanation, and please sir help me now in activation of new infinity box.

Hello,

You have 1st box and 1st PinFinder. Just use 1st PinFinder with 1st box (due to 1st PinFinder paired with 1st box).

Now take your 2nd PinFinder and activate it for 2nd box. I am sure it will be success.

That is the main problem. Let the 1st box and pinfinder. Problem is with 2nd set of pinfinder and box. They are not activating help me because you are the one who can do this.

Is your 2nd PinFinder brand new or was already activated by someone else ?
If you do not know exact answer, please, contact top your reseller and ask him this question.
We need to know your 2nd PinFinder history to help you so fast as possible.

Sir i have buyed this pinfinder with new pack. When i get this box, i connect it with it my old activated box,it was working correctly, when i get my 2nd box connected with pinfinder, it requires activation,, i asked from my resseler about this problem, he told me to contact with infinity support so sir i know it is not so hard work for you, we will be very thankfull to you. Please help ,,


because infinity is the box that we use at our lab contineusly.

Hello,

I did not understand well.
Is your 2nd PinFinder brand new or was already activated already by someone else ?
As I can see it was activated by someone already, so I need to know: who was the person that made activation before.
Please, ask your reseller, is your PinFinder was activated by reseller or by somebody else ?

Why I ask these questions ?
It's easy...
Just read PinFinder manual first page, you will see some rules about activation...

So to make possible to activate your 2nd box with your 2nd PinFinder we need to know who was the person who already activated your 2nd PinFinder before.
If it was not you this means that it was your reseller (who activated it just for fun or just for tests) so we need to know details.
Then we will be possible to remove pairing from one dongle and give an ability for you to activate your box with 2nd PinFinder.

Please, explain all this to your reseller (or to somebody else). Also you can give this link to your reseller so he can read all this and understand that your questions about your PinFinder is not a joke but it's request of infinity-Box support person.

Waiting for information from you and sorry for troubles !
But this kind of troubles is not related with Infinity-Box. This kind of problems is a result of reseller's activity (or other persons activity) who make PinFinder activation just for fun or just for tests.
