Infinity Online Service (IOS) Could not load SSL library
 

Hi, when I type my password and username to access my account or send a SHA file on Infinity Online Service (IOS) I can not connect and I get this message Could not load SSL library

how to solve this problem?

Could you please post here screenshot.

I had this problem today.
First time I tried to use iosJobUploader v1.0.0.28 it could not check account because of Windows error with message "Not possible to initiate program because MSVCR120.DLL is missing". I have VCRedist installed already, so I copied this dll file to iosJobUploader folder, after that the Windows error no longer occured but the log from software was this:
24-03-2017: 18:39:11: Operation: Check Account
24-03-2017: 18:39:11: Connecting to server...
24-03-2017: 18:39:12: Message: Could not load SSL library.
24-03-2017: 18:39:12: Operation terminated

I tried to use previous version iosJobUploader.1.0.0.27 and it worked, so I checked .ini file to see the differences and found out that url in server settings is different, v1.0.0.27 has "url=http://service.infinity-box.com/api/" and v1.0.0.28 has "url=https://service.infinity-box.com/api/", so after editing this problem is solved.

Do you have libssl32.dll and ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll files in folder with software ?

delete libssl32.dll and ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll files from software folder

Install latest OpenSSL libraries Win32/Win64 OpenSSL Installer for Windows - Shining Light Productions

http://slproweb.com/download/Win64OpenSSL-1_1_0j.exe

Restart PC after install.

Install x32 version first, even if your OS is 64 bits.

problem solved after copy those files in iosJobUploader folder
