Infinity Pin Finder Problem....??
 

dear infinity supporter,

i have problem with my infinity pin finder. its not detect pin in L8A cble...tht particular cable only..otherwise all working..i ll change the cable still same problem...

i also check the phones too.......

Please help me.....

can you test with multimeter this cable?
if DB26 pins going to correspondent pins in L8A ?
you can find cable pinout in our pinfinder user manual

i ll tried its good but i think the box have any problem..help me...

sorry, i re-ask you:
have you checked with multimeter that DB26 pin 1 is going to pin 1 of L8A connector
then pin 2 of DB26 is going to pin 2 of L8A and so on until pin number 8.
please check this - this is very important.
Maybe manufactures assembled cable in wrong way

Am having problem with pairing my pinfinder with the infinity box i just got. Am it is requsting for version o11 befor i could update. have mail support nobody has profared solution
