Brother it is your pinfinder hardware fault, open your box and clean and check any burned component and replace it it will be wor fine and post resuilt her

Yes I chak cable is orignal with box package

I have no ideas what can be reason for this.
if you are sure that this isn't drivers fault- i guess you can exchange your box under warranty conditions

warranty period of new box is 1 year. please contact your reseller and check if he have stock to exchange it

and i open my box
now i need pin finder for infinity box but reseller told me no pin finder available

check your reseller if he can order from distributor new box without SIM card.
it must be cheap, most part in box price is card price
