hello!

ussually communication brakes like this when you have bad connection of connector
can you clean phone connector and try again, few times in a row?

Its solder to the board.. so unable to clean it...
My cable were able to flash few china n95..
Any clue?

hello!

ok, you using my pinout.
did you take GND from same place, as me?
does your phone is powered via box or you use batery
do you release power button only after program says so?

I didnt use any batt or power supply...
Do i have to?
And i also holding or without holding the power till the end...

hello!

repeat few more times.
if you always get this error- looks like you have bad soldering of Flash IC.
resolder it if you have skills, if not- just heat it
check phone after that, probably you will not need to do any other operations.
if it still reboots- format FFS it
