i have got this pin finder and up till now it has not been able to detect even one phone what is wrong with it i have tried so many phones with this and i have not been able to detect one single phone

What phones you have tried to detect ?
What is the problem exactly ?
Did you checked PinFinder manual ?

Dear kingsley what procedure have you been doing to work with your pindfinder?
Have you already pair it with your infinity box dongle, if you are, when connecting the phone to pindfinder have you selected the right cable adaptor?
Have you selected the right cpu, if you do not know what kind of cpu your phone uses so you should select generic one. After being sure that all these tips are set so the only thing you need to do is press power on bar on software and click on find pinout.
