Hello,

Try to disable Bluetooth adapter in your PC.

Remove bluetooth programme ,If problem remains same then uninstall infinity setup and re install it after restarting ur pc.

Hello,

You do not need to remove bluetooth drivers.
You just need to disable bluetooth adapter (hardware).

Also, you can solve this problem this way:
1. open C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\MModule\setup.ini file in any text editor
2. change PortSearchMode=01 to PortSearchMode=00
3. save setup.ini file

run software again and see results

I realize that this is an old post for an older version of the software but I am running shell 1.47 and mmodule 4.48 and this problem persists. I checked the mmodule folder and there is no setup.ini file even after reinstalling both the shell and mmodule programs. Any pointers on solving this problem on recent releases of the software?
