Infinity problem with USB 1.1... not working?

I have few laptops... all have two partitions, win98se and XP... all are identically instaled... on laptops with USB 1.1 port, Infinity can't run, it just says dongle not found, restart soft etc... on the laptop with USB 2.0 port, all works fine...

Any solution to this?

Laptop with USB 1.1: Do you see smart-card devices in Device Manager when you connect Infinity to PC ?

Also you can try this:
1. insert dongle into powered-off PC and power-on PC
2. try to connect dongle via USB-hub

In Device manager on laptops with USB 1.1 I can see:

1. e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators -> e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator
2. Smart card readers -> e-gate USB Smart card reader

But don't see:

3. e-gate USB Smart Cards -> e-gate USB Smart Card

Tried everything included restarting the laptop with all devices connected etc...

Also, PLEASE, can someone write me the EXACT procedure how to unlock X700 Panasonic since I have been trying it all day today... I can't get it into test mode with *+# and POWER... phone switches ON all the time...

Also to make it clear, pinout is:

Panasonic X700

1...14
1: Gnd (USB ground)
10: USB-White
11: USB-Green
12: USB-Red (USB power)

What is White and what is Green, RX or TX because here I have only cables with different colors... I made my cable by the pinout in the attachment... I tried both ways and none worked...

Hi,

X700 unlock procedure: just check "Documentation" folder and look into X700_Instruction.txt
Also check PM

cables:
1st: you have it in Infinity package (X70 cable)
2nd: original X700 usb cable (from phone package) or you can build it:

Panasonic X700

1: Gnd (USB ground) (pin 4 on your picture)
10: USB-White (pin 2 on your picture)
11: USB-Green (pin 3 on your picture)
12: USB-Red (USB power) (pin 1 on your picture)

connect 4 wires from X700 connector directly to PC USB port.

Use USB and COM cable from Pana X70 - it's easy to find.
With COM cable make TestMODE on, now put phone in test mode via keyboard, attach phone to USB cable / do not forget to take out memory card from phone!!! / and unlock it. after unlocking with COM cable make TestMODE off. enjoy.
