honestly why product supporter not listed a harmfull sw that can killed our smartcard

customer like us,we just know about how to use PC ,and use software that is installed on our PC ,as i see i just buy all genuine software that is installed on my PC ,there is an update from server site then unexpectedly my card is blocked

anyway on my PC there is more smart card like infinity card that i used too
like z3x-team , cruiser , setool , then others, i scared it can killed all card that is installed on my PC too

i also mixed mine with setol, ustpro, and rocker. but it's just fine until now

yes i also run another trust software on my PC ,but nothing happen with my other smart card .but yesterday actually wanna use Chinese Miracle 3.10 its need to update dongle firmware version

when trying to update,it was suspended

it is just about money ,nothing else,isn't it??? if they (product supporter) care maybe u can use another way to get more income

after update you got mesagge that our card were suspended ,then if trying twice or much time update u will got mesagge the your card were damaged not suspended anymore

if it really damaged card ,maybe we can used it for update for second time
