infinity sim card problem (help please)

Dear,
before 3 days i try to add new miracle software after that i thought that i mast upgrade my sim card by download manager during the updating some problem had happened and i get the following error:
DongleManager version: 1.53
PC HWID:
Card-Reader: FT SCR2000 0
Card type: inf
Locating server...
Server address found
Connecting to server
Server connection successfully established
S/N: 0BC------, Firmware: 0118.02
Authenticating on server...
Authentication successfull
Checking DongleManager version...
Your DongleManager is up-to-date
Checking Dongle Identification...
Dongle Identification checked
Service stage 1 confirmed
Securing session...
Session secured ok
Upgrading dongle...
DO NOT disconnect Card !
WAIT 3-4 minutes !
Card returned error - 0000 (8842/15616)
Error upgrading applets:
Card returned error - 0000 (8842/15616)
Disconnected

Now when i use the dongle i have the following error:

Dongle can't be found:
Card with specified AID not found

the support of infinity team send to me repair file and i use it and i have same problem untill now , i try to use my sim by other box and dongle with same error,
what i have to do?

Hello,

- Update your Card-Reader Drivers:

1. Drivers
http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...T2K_x32_x64.7z

2. Instruction
http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...er_drivers.pdf

If you have another Card-Reader you can insert Infinity Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

After that update your box firmware with repair file again.
