infinity slim plus rj 45 not working - GSM-Forum

ever since i bought my infinity in january i have never been able to connect any fone using the rj 45 port.however i have only been able to connerct motorola odm and compal models using a com port cable.is there anything i possibly am doing wrong.the fones that i have tried connecting include panasonic x70 and zte vodafone 125.thanks in advance

i have also infinityslim of black colour and i also having the same problem.i cannot connect any fony by com port i want to ask from infinity team is there any seeting belong to that or some problem in that box.because i took another infinity from my friend and that works fine.reply soon infinity great team

At me too beat the same problem. my problem solved after change FTDi chip

If you refer to user manual, you should not have problems
there are 2 drivers , 1) for Smart card inside box 2) for the box itself
make sure you have 1) both drivers instaled 2) when you run infinity box software select the correct COM port
