you need to buy activation for SM 2 (55 infinty credits) then update card.

it's credits that you need. But for today you need 57 credits for SM activation.
You can contact to multi-com, provide your dongle S/N and ask for `SM` activation

`SM` is a separate product and it's separate activation. `SM` activation has no relation with "support renew"
