Today unlocked a benq M300 succesfully, but log of bmodule 1.14 says:

Com 4 selected
Device: Benq M300, TCM Tchibo
Checking data wait...
action: unlock
Boot
Phone should be switched off..
Connect test-point to ground!
Press power button now!
Connecting
Disconnect test-point
Boot done
Check connection
Check connection done
Set baud...
Set baud done
Check flash...
Check flash done
check parameters.....
file saved:
Backup_eeprom-00_2006-8-6_11-45-26.3af.bin
Err: Not locked or unknown eeprom
Check parameters fail
Finished
Remove/install battery now!
Time used: 32 sec.

I inserted another sim and was unlocked.
I think is a bug in bmodule V 1.14

Hi,

I think it was not locked phone. Software make no any action with phone if unlocked phone detected ("Not locked or unknown eeprom").

yes man this set is unlocked allready.did u checked befor?in log software didnt anything to phone
