hi sir
i have a serious problem with moto c168 .
In fact i have 13 pcs with sw version 1390 and i want put into them a langage pack with french but on the support no lp with french for this sw version 1390.
So download a set of file (firmware,flex,lp,fs,image,melody) but with sw version 1180 and try flashing the first after making full backu of course.
After flashing the phone it will start but with blue screen
please help what should i do?

Hi,

Just flash phone with version 1390 or higher and phone will be alive.

but solution for this sw version to find lp with french unless i downgrade it.
But i tried before and the phone power on with blue lcd .

now how can i downgrade it safly sir because only lower sw version have french in lp pack

I hope you already see that it's not possible to downgrade your phone.

You must use correct files set for flashing.
