setool credit problem


i purchase setool 30 credit today and i use setool001 as my id hoping that they will send me username and password but i didn't receive it and the process is completed please help me support and i send message to [email protected] but no reply

it may be an account already some one registered and they sent it to the registered acc because if the user is already registered they dont register new acc they send direct to the account

Hello,

you provided an id to add credit , and we added the credit in that user id
this was an existing user id in setool database , so where is the problem ?

We do not have access to SE Tool users database.
Best way: provide login only if you are that login owner.
