Infinity support I need help - GSM-Forum

Hello Infinity support I need help for my infinity box and infinity pinfinder they don't work,I bought this software now it almost two weeks since I bought them,I activated them and installed them well according to the manual,so now the problem I can't find pinout by using infinity pinfinder,I can't unlock any phone like zte,huawei even motorola c113a,by using infinity box shell,I try to download in support area pana 01 v1.70,moto v1.47,but I can't unlock those phones by using pana in zte or moto in motrola only stay in hold power button of phone without to connect to software,the phone powered directly which means no connection between phone and software. And in pinfinder I'm using chines miracle v3.02 here I can't find pinout,I do not know where is wrong and what I have to do to solve this problem soon.In pinfinder during search pinout message comes;failed to detect pins set parameter value 20 or more, please Infinity product support help me,

Hello,

If you have a problem with all phones (can not unlock even single phone) this means that you have used wrong COM port or wrong cable.

1. read this: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=342807
2. post exact problem description for each phone, attach operation logs and detaild description so we will be bale to understand what is wrong.
