when i run pinfindar show error


Dongle[360xxxx]is activated for current software module.
currentdongle
activation leval:0000
required dongle activation leval:0011
Download latest upgrate-client(DongleMange)from support area
and upgrate firmware to activate additonal fearures.


and when itry to upgrate it then show again this error

I am sure that if you did not got any reply you have sent your mail by wrong address.

Why you say that you did not got any reply ?
I have checked with my partners, we have sent you anwer many days ago.
Why you lie here ?

You must check your mailbox before write here stupid things !

Also one advice for you: you must register/activate PinFinder only ONCE !
DO NOT MAKE ACTIVATION MANY TIMES !

Upgrade your dongle by ordinary way now (and don't forget to use good e-mail in future and don't forget to write here "sorry" for your strange activity).

p.s.
if you will write more that one "y" and "?" in your next messages we simply close threads with strange messages.

I strongly suggest you to use good e-mail address to avoid problems in future. Infinity-Box supporters help you but you continue to talk about our support problem (but in fact it was no problems with our reply and help).
We work 24 hours every day to serve our users but users... even can not use good e-mail address and claim that we did not make any answers. Nice...
Do you think we deserve this kind of words and claims from you ?

i just checked our server records regarding this pinfinder.
it is already registered to your dongle (xxxxxACD)
everything must be ok with running pinfinder software, but for anycase
i add one more log for you, please make upgrade.
and post result here
