I am sure that it's not so bad result (in compare with any other product in gsm field). And even in situation with FREE updates and support I am sure that nobody have any reason to blame us that we make support in wrong way. Just check our support forum section, COMPARE IT WITH OTHER PRODUCTS SUPPORT SECTIONS and you will understand what I talk about. Sometimes I really think that free support/updates is a bad thing because when people see 'free, free, free..." that think that they found a stupid lamers and start to talk with me like that. Dear Mr. wzupfones, I just want to inform you that I am mega-extra-super-high qualified man, I have many years (not months, like most people here, but really years) experience in hardware/software, I am very well educated in different fields and many well-known professors know much less than me. But as you can see I do not start to tell you where is your place, I am always ready to discuss with people, even if people act like you. Why so ? It's just because I love any Infinity-Box user like my own child and as a result I am always here to help any users (and even people like you). Good luck ! | |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Answers to your questions (faster that 24 hours from the time of your first question - it's really unbeatable response time in compare with response time of many other supporters): 1. here is an instruction (it's at your HDD, not hard to find it): C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\FAQ\How_to_restore _full_flash_backup.txt 2. yes, it's supported for many phones from Infinity-Box supported models list 3. can not give an answer due to it's incomplete flash chip ID and also I can not understand the question well. |

Member: 751235 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1662008 Thanks Meter: 526 | the fone is not a well known fone and is not even supported by any box... and i have been doing my own research with your mighty infinty free update box.. i manage to make my own cable and i use a diffrent modle to test it... it took me 5months to find the modile cos you support many fone type...... i got error eraseing lock then the fone die... but the same type was able to read full flash before unlock.....SHOULD I SEND YOU SUCH FILE? COS EVEN IS NOT WELL KNOW ???? |
