infinity team (buy new activation but update problem)


2days ago i buy activation for Chinese phone and one year support. after re seller don i try many time update my box but latest dongle manager show error. i also send log to infinity support by gmail but no response yet. i update with another PC but same problem here is log, please help me argent. thnx


my box seriol no is 47F379B6

when i update my box then show that error,
Box/Dongle type selected: inf
Box/Dongle found: inf

I can not find support renew activation for yourr box in our database.
Please contact to your reseller and ask him to make activation or refund your money.

Its your fault.
You have boughtt credits instead of activation.
Reseller sent credits to your account.
Now you must login to your account and make activation.
