they are the best team in forum, always help, and very patient even to idiot(sorry), some ask over and over same question, sometimes in really stupid way, and this team never rude still polite answer and try to help, 1st class service, you should just ask again in polite way and you will get result.

i have already mailed you several times , we are working on the flash file for you , and still you keep sending me emails , your boss is angry etc etc etc
this is not the correct way , we must test the flash 100% in order to upload to the website , if your phone gets killed you will be the first person to shout on this forum , INFINITY KILLED MY PHONE !

You have sent your e-mail at Friday evening, today is Saturday and I can answer at Saturday, after I had a small rest after week of non-stop work.
I respect your boss who was very angry on you at Friday night, hope at Saturday and Sunday nights he will be not so angry on you and at Monday morning he will get tested/converted and safe flash file for Motorola w200 like a Morning Gift !
