Can you please refund my money since your service is not usefull to me.
There is no update helpfull for INDIAN user .Cut your charges & refund my money.
I would like to buy other box.Please let me know procedure for that.

So for INDIAN users your service is not of much use.
If you are seriuosly returning money.If you promise me I will submit
my box serial.
I would be so glad.I cannot effort to buy two boxes.

In short you don't want to refund money.
Than say so. Why afraid.
Every time you say more coming soon.
But spd has stopped several months ago. What
about that. You don't have solution for old spd like
6820/8810 also.What use?
It is not cm2 it is mtk2
In cm2 spd & qualcomm should also be supported.
All are shouting for that can't you see.See other boxes
in theire exe. You will find several cpu's not just mtk.

Show me REAL qualcomm tool in any chinese box. Not ADB gui , REAL : flash read, write, repair, unlock , service. And I will send you SPD and QCT modules for early access.

I don't care how many models it supports but their exe is very usefull for INDIAN chinese
mobiles & tablets.Specially for spd.
I had used gpgdragon & It was very helpfull to me for INDIAN models than your mtk2.
Why should we go in deep about their functioning we just needs results.
Recently I had to take out my gpgdragon & reinstalled to repair two spd mobiles with 6820 spd.
I successfully repaired them with it.I got money & customer got service both happy.

In short we have no problem with refund but you must explain what is wrong with our product, so:

1. Post here your box S/N so we will be able to see your box history

2. We sell software but not future promises.

before buy the product , you must check what support. what are not supported .,
Infinity Team never give you any promised or any ETA what they are going to update or Roadmap .. they do R&D and give a perfect solution for end user...

Iam also an INDIAN user and I don't have a single problem with Infinity CM2.
Infact team always try to interact with users directly and try to add unsupported and new things in every update. Whatever there is supported with CM2, is perfect and things are getting added step by step.
Team believes in own solution not copying from another team work. So instead of crying and asking for refund why not help team in sending unsupported samples, posting or atleast appreciating their hard work.
One more thing if you would have asked same question in some other sub forum of other device your thread definitely would have been deleted or closed by now. It is Infinity team who are so good and answering your question.

yes 100000%true if this kind of thread in other section they delete it immedatly but infinity always listen their user very carefully and try their best to slove it about your spd request i strongly believe they working on it when it is ready it will release for all user
