i have to lose many set of returen due to not connceted by qualcom cm2

plz tell me here is my mistake i have to download many drivers of qualcom but same condition install care suite emerjency driver but same plz solution give me thank's

Uninstall All Qualcomm Drivers.Only Install Emargency Drivers.
