Link is working just fine, but you cannot or would not read : look at your posted picture even, it says :

4. If you want to enter in support area you must click to link below

You must download and use latest Support Manager (Shell) to login in support area !
1. Connect dongle/box to PC USB port
2. Install Support Manager (Shell)
3. Run Support Manager (Shell) and follow Support area link

it cannot be much easyer ....
