hi,

pls help me with my alcatel V212. the phone is working fine except some menus as missing.

so i decided to flash it using the flashfiles from support.

flashing is successfull but after flash phone is auto-off and keep blinking on start-up.

now.. i have working phone here with same model.

i read it's fullflash, firmware, eeprom and language pack.

but when i try to flash the phone with these backups files i got this error.

Hello,

1. try to repair your phone imei
2. be sure that you have used compatible firmware/lp files from support area (see readme.txt file in support area)

3.
Q: How to restore full flash backup

A:
It is possible to restore back eeprom/ffs files.
It is not possible to restore full flash files to avoid permanently dead phones.

If you have full flash backup file and want to restore it:
1. Check support area, probably required file already exist there
2. If required file is not found send a mail with the next information to support:
- reason to send files
- full text from phone back label
- flash backup file
We will check your files, prepare and upload good flash files in support area ASAP.
