Hi i want to Renew my Account in infinity Support but i got this error when try to Login my Infinity Username and Password


authentication failed: [79xxxxxx]



Please help how Fix this Problem

Please, login to your Online Service account and check when your box was registered.

Login you your Onlinse Service here: Infinity-Box - Online Service

Please, tell me what is your box registration date.

When i try to log in Using my Account i got this Error

When i'm try to update always say that your Smarcard is Up to date i cant use New Update Because of my Smartcard Firmware is Low version

for user with inactive support, box's version 1.18 is latest available.
you can read about this here:
Infinity-Box Technical Support • View topic - How to fix "You should extend your support period"
Only those users who extended their support period can get ver 1.20
and use latest updates.
For example, With box ver.1.18 you can use Mmodule up to version 4.14
