u can try see conneter usb box,i think it got problem

please chang pc and install driver
or renew window
i hope ur problem will b solve

Everybody can see Installation manual after "Drivers" installation.
It is possible to see pictures of required devices and check in PC Device Manager what devices installed well and what should be re-installed.
