infinity team help me my simcard is not working
 

i have infinity best dongle both best and cm2 activated ..now sim card is not working and dongle not found error i am facing.i tried all method but this is sim issue because reader is working fine with another simcard.Infinity team now kindly guide me what i do,how can i replace my both activated sim card and how much charges?

- Click to "Read" button

please team now help me my sim card is not working and my work is stoped due to this.I have nokia and cm2 activated on same card which is not working now.

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.

how can i replace simcard of dongle
 

i tried and follow all your instructions but result is same
card reader is ok i checked with another simcard
i tried on another pc same issue dongle not found
i cleaned simcard contatcs
i give some heat on simcard
i adopted all above but result is same.Card is not working.
