Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it) If problem still exist: - Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader - Clean Smart-Card contacts - Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card - Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle. | |

card reader is ok i checked with another simcard i tried on another pc same issue dongle not found i cleaned simcard contatcs i give some heat on simcard i adopted all above but result is same.Card is not working. | |
