This is becoming an embarrassing issue as this Dongle may work for two weeks then not seen after abandon say for three weeks or forgotten then connect it works is there any solution to repair this when it resume to normal? yesterday it worked today not working

Hello!

it seems that smart card used inside is at the end of lifetime.
Such things happening with very old cards if they were used hardly.
We can sell replacement card for 105usd, this price includes DHL delivery

i also facing problem during using best dongle most of time when usb hub disconnected during work exe giving error "security reason" but sometime dirung work the card reader only blink and pc hang at loading the exe sometime pc hang during work and dongle in blinking state? everytime need to reconnect donle?

hello!

Best tool dongle is too young to have same problems as old Infinity cards.
In your case, i guess, some USB conflicts are taking place.

sir i have problem with my smart card i updated with latest dongle manager resulting in dongle cant be found

May I know the life span of infinity Dongle rather about other Dongles

Yes, in some cases it's a good idea to try to use another Smart-Card Reader.

There is no any exact duration.
F.e. for now really many Smart-Card dongles works fine from year 2005 without any problem.
