Hi,
The best way to solve any problem is: visit support area and probably answer already there. As about your V10: no need to read and send any flash files to support team, its better to visit support area and download small file with name: V10_FFS_Repair

Hello,
Please, don't make screenshot next time but just copy/paste log text.

I don't see any errors there. Just flash process can't start (probably phone not connected or wrong cable). Please, check "Documentation" folder to see some info about S1180/V09/V10 flashing.
