Infinity Team.. i need help urgently

last day i got a motorola V690 mobile , it had a network problem , always show " no service " and can't find any network operator when making Automatic search or manual search for the network ..
although the mobile was working well in USA.. but when it came to Egypt, it doesn't find any network anymore.. although the mobile support 900 and 1800 Mhz networks.. the mobile wasn't locked , it accept all sim cards here and doesn't ask for subsidy code or anything like that, but always show no service message....!!
i made a full backup of flash and then i tried to reflash it by flash files on infinity support area ..
1-V690_Main_4-1150-000_2004_Mar_22.6EM.bin
2-V690_Flex_1010_T671KT_V14_2.0_V12.6EF.bin
3-V690_LP_1031-004_T671KB_V22_2.0_V13_En_Th_Vn_Indonesia_Tagalog. 6EP.bin
3-Motorola-V690_ffs_20101020-174440.6EE.bin
4-V690_Images_1020_T671KB_V19_2.0_V12.6EG.bin
5-V690_Melody_1031_T671NL_V19_2.0_V12.6EG.bin

now the mobile doesn't work anymore , just makes some blinks and shows motorola logo then turn off ..

how can i restore the backup flash ????????
i don't find any option to load the full flash files.. i tried to load the backup flash as a firmware using " Load firmware " option, but it gives me an error message saying " error: data error ! "
" Loading failed, probably file is damaged "
i tried to flash the phone by all kinds of flash files exist on support area but still the same problem ..!
what should i do now ????
i'm really in big trouble and can't find solution at anywhere ..
also i don't find eeprom file for this model in support area..

i think the network issue previously was an eeprom problem not a firmware problem but i didn't find eeprom so i flashed it on hope it would solve the problem !!!!!
now i'm stuck with the new problem ..
i made log for the operations.. i wish it can help you to determine the exact trouble..

please i need help so soon.. thanks in advance..

There is no bugs in software !

Network issue: you have to read something about band, about 900/1800 and 850/1900 networks.
You can find a lot of information about it in forum.

C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\FAQ\How_to_restore _full_flash_backup.txt

Btw, did you tried to read FAQ (located at your own HDD) before talk about "shocked" and "responsibility" ?

We take no responsibility for users who try to make something without reading manuals and FAQ and who has not enough knowledge about such easy things as GSM band !

What kind of nonsense you are saying ?????
i said already above " although the mobile support 900 and 1800 Mhz networks " and i read all FAQ and user manuals many times before ..

you should be polite a little when you talk to someone you don't know who is..
i'm an electronic engineer and i'm not a reseller like you to teach me what is BANDS and NETWORKS Issues .. go to take some courses about how to deal with others before you talk like kids or teeenager , if you don't know the answer , you can only SHUT UP YOUR ***** and don't be brilliant like that..

i'm not asking for the Network , i'm asking for your STUPID software and how to load the BACKUP to it ..

i have expected to receive a reply from a Technical engineer , but that is wht happen when i get a reply from ... YOU !!!!!!!!!

I am very sad to see this kind of stupid reply. You was really unable to read my words well.
As I can see level of your knowledge is very low, because you even was unable to understand that if phone works well in USA but it do not work in your country - it's a problem with band. Only beginners do not understand such easy thing. so next time when you will have a plans to show yourself as a brilliant engineer - think well about your own previous words.
And my friendly advise - you must learn, learn and learn (how to repair phones and how to talk with high-qualified persons like me).

Thread is closed, I have no reason to continue discussion with people like you.

To you , Yellow Boss

now you quote my words , even you can't write something new !!!
i can swear by "G O D" you didn't even pass the high school stage ...
and you call yourself Qualified person ?!!!!! how come ??!!!!!
yes , i have to say sorry ... i'm not brilliant like you, .. i'm just graduated from university of wales in UK.. of course no need to compare between it and your amazing high school..
and just for your consideration , i'm specialist of CISCO equipments.. repairing phones was something in the past when i was young .
now, can you tell us a little about your Background of qualifications and certifications which you have ????
we want to be proud of the GREAT " YELLOW PUSSSSY " ....
last thing i want to say , every time you lead the conversation to network issues and bla bla bla ... although my question was specific..
i'm asking about the BACKUP FLASH FILES, do you suffer from mental disease prevents you from understanding my speech ???? or you escape from the question always because you can't find the answer ??? or you are ignorant ??
and for the third time i will say the phone support 900/1800 and the networks providers here do the same , so the problem is definitely so far from the bands if you understand wht i'm talking about .. oooooh !!
and for your consideration also , the problem is solved already by using MSTOOL 8 and writing good flash and eeprom and it's working perfectly now..
may you tell me why you don't reply the members who asking now ??? how many people are waiting for you ?? i saw many threads there without any reply , may you tell me why ? are you blind ??!! or you are shy to say " i'm stupid , sorry ".. or all wht you can do is insult members !!
if you are good man and want to be honorable product supporter , you would talk in gentle way and show me what is the right and the wrong if i was wrong ....
but here we say , the weak person who talk loudly always, and you didn't give any reason for fighting with me of your first reply..
i'm very sorry really to talk like that, even i didn't imagine i will write something such as this words someday .. but you lead the conversation to this way ... really you should find some help for yourself ...

You was quite wrong to post here this kind of swear. You have to kill yourself now due to you lie to your "G O D".
Before you kill yourself you can read my previous message and you will find there an instruction how to restore full flash backup. Do it now, so called "specialist" (who even unable to read well).

Thread closed, I do not want to discuss with you anything any more.
