Infinity team i need ur support


i am your old infinity box user, 2 days ago dongle stopped working and checked some problem in card. Contacted support they told me that they can replace card on payment base of amount 105 usd and i was agreed . Later they told me , mail box serial number and email id but i forget email id . I sent my box log and pin finder serial number which is activated with the same box but later no response from team . I was using this box from around 5 years with out any problem but now i am in difficulty infinty team is not responding.

But i don't remind the email id which was used during registration process as it was 5 years ago registered. i had sent u log file of box and pinfinder serial number activated with the box.

I contacted sales division they gave me three types of payment option : pay pal, western union money transfer and cash in dubai. later i tried western union but they don't have facility of transfering money from india . they can only recieve. Sir can u provide me replacment on resseller level so that i can get the replacement of card. now no reply from sales team.
