Infinity team need help about Bleu 476x - GSM-Forum

Bleu 476x dual sim cdma gsm set is auto off when gsm sim inserted after logo screen. without gsm sim its on and open all menus. with Cdma sim get full signal but when calling it says "call aborted"

I flashed the set with file which is on infinity support as well as eeprom but set is still in same condition. i tried to format in complete mode but no luck.when I try to format in safe mode it does not get in test mode and fails. before trying these operations the set was working with cdma sim but now cdma call aborted problem is created and with gsm card problem is still same.

please help. Thanks in advance.

from which files you had flashed and before flash do you create backup from the phone ?
