It`s pinouts on box correct on picture with case box?
For me rx-tx not corect with picture on box.
I make adaptor with hwk cable to Your box, and pinouts with case box not correct, I changed rx-tx on adaptor, and box work w/o problems.

The answer is: people always say "Rx/Tx" but never say "phone Rx" or "PC Rx".

I say on up post "pinouts with picture on case box" (picture RJ-45 only have on case box, this picture is out box pinouts to phone cable)
1. Vpp
2. TX
3. RX
4. RTS
5. CTS
6. M-BUS
7. GND
8. GND

hehehe, you can try to swap that two line (pinout) because :
people always say "Rx/Tx" but never say "phone Rx" or "box Rx"
