team please help me , my box/dongle tells me smart card not found just after using it an hour ago. now with box it says smart card not found i change to working dogle and still the same issue

please can you help me to solve the problem.

- Run CardID software - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=7
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you need new Smart-Card.

i did all this you said but still card not found, i have relised that my card is damaged just like dat.

i need buy a new dongle from my local reseller in ghana here but i have

hua tool
dc unlocker
micro box activation

all in my dongle, if i buy a new dongle can u please send back all my activations back to that dongle i bought or i will have to buy them all again??.
if you can send all back to my new dongle please let me knw to buy it as soon as possible cos i need it for work. thanks in advance

If you want to move activations you should get the same dongle type !
