Infinity TEAM, Please HELP!
 

I activated my Infinity box Yesterday to work on two Qualcomm phones: VODAFONE 890N (msm8916) and ZTE Grand Xmax (Qualcomm MSM8212 Snapdragon 200). But i get ERROR;

Operation : Identify [ v1.12 ]

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!
3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!

Wait for phone...
Device Found!
Initialize ...
Handshake passed!

Reconnect Power/Cable!

Ur mobile's infrastructure don't have support in CM2

Thanks. Please how do i send the LOG & Phones Info to support to make them be supported in the next update, any procedure for doing that? As i urgently need them to be supported to repair boot of both phones.
