Member: 796514 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1583845 Thanks Meter: 53 | Infinity team pls help regarding firmare error I have one China set with me "ZTC ZT8089" it was not taking sim, I read full detailed on infinity and read the version of firmware, After that i download all firmwares from the infinity support area and write it on the phone but nightmare start, Now it give white display, all keys are in working position. pls help me to sove this situation. Member: 181825 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 199 | first why u flashed the set if u can repair it with just formatffs. now if u readed full flash then flash it again with readed flashfile. did u flashed it with same version which it was earlier have. just paste here earlier firmware version of phone . i will upload fille here. next time always first keep backup of phone may it be any condition |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | @Mr. Right If you have flashed phone with other firmware you have no reason to restore eeprom. If you want to restore phone to it's original state you need to restore full flash backup (that contain firmware + eeprom). Also I suggest you to check text in software log window very carefully every time but not ignore it. Please, read your own previous message now very carefully. |

I do same as you tell me, write firmware without eeprom but it did not start, than i do full format , during format a window appear about eeprom says like " cannot detect eeprom erea, press ok if you are sure aboutStandar 0eee00 area if not than no" If i press yes, reslut in previous condition, i mean supllly hand move from 0 to 0.1 again and again if i press no, reslut in hand move up a little bit countinously but could not start, will you kind enough to guide me more thanks again |
