Did you tried to run another Infinity-Box modules ?

It may be that you have some problems with card-reader contacts.
It's need to remove smart-card, VERY GENTLY clean it's contacts and insert card back.

No Sir, my card reader ok 100% working with Infinity CDMA card. And my infinity card is not working with other card reader.. other card is working in my Infinity box.
