Just like a Channel but group differs in terms of messaging... All members can post too. Inferno has something like that too...

I am not sure it's a good idea. For public user-to-user communication we have this support forum.
Do you think group will be better than forum ?

For discussion we already have official support section on different forums. Making group will be not good idea as it's not easy to read every posts when all users will start posting. Many important posts are left behind when too many users post continuously, so forum is better way of communication.
On forum users can make new thread which team can easily read out and provide solution without any delay.
