I HAVE return box infinity becaouse dongle not found, smart card error
now new box and new problame
when i start instaling, connect box to computer
1. e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators -> e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator
2. Smart card readers -> e-gate USB Smart card reader
3. e-gate USB Smart Cards -> e-gate USB Smart Card
all is OKE detect.
But cannot make port
komputer sad: WARNING Usb Device Not Recognized
one of the USB attached to this computer has malfuntioned,
and windows does not recognized it. for assistence in solving
this problem, click this message. when i click:
? uknown usb device.

what can i dox??? white this problame..

I Am Parsonaly Suggest , Total Unstall Your Com Driver,and Then Install One By One, First Install Infinity Driver.

what can i dox??? white this problame..

maybe u use the other box in your computer. for example like jaf box n pkey so your driver was crash with that driver. so uninstall all driver first then install again. the last solution is reinstall your windows then install first infinity driver n detect the box first. then install jaf setup. no need to install driver again

Yes, I completely agree.
In case of any problems with box at first check that smart-card installed well into box card-holder.
