hellow infinity box! i cant download from support now since you change to new support .first i dont use any dowloading engine like DAP etc. i remember i dowload only 1 time .now here my error log.....

Hello,

It's not possible to see this error if you downloaded only 1 time and you did not used any download accelerators.
Run DongleManager, press "visit support area" button and you are in support area.

at left side of window you will see your login name. Be sure that you are logged in not like "demo" user.

infinity manual support area disappear!!why infinity says old support area cotinue??when i click manual support link in home page it dirrected to dongle maneger downloadpage. why??

Infinity Member Since I Also Have Same Problem But I Used Download Accleter Now It Says Downloade Finished Wait For Another Day Agian I Tried Onother Day It Says Same Things When U Reset The Download Limit . Ur Earlier Download Site Was Good Because For That We Dont Need Dongle For This We Have To Carry Dongle Always For Support Area . Very Funny Please Help

bro dont use any download accelerator on the new automatic support will limit your dowload for a day.
