InfinityBox CM2QLM not open

hi team i have this problem in my box InfinityBox CM2QLM say dongle firmware version v0134 dongle firmware version out dateed download dongle manager from support and update but when i download the dongle manager and do update say firmware dongle is up to date don not tray
what hapend all the other module open only InfinityBox CM2QLM plz help me

remove flexihub then try reinstall
