infinitybox damaged flash ic!!!! - GSM-Forum

i have a nokia bluetooth n82 that have the camera not working. i formatted the cpu rx_a tx_a complete mode and all went ok. but after that i got the flash ic samsung getting very hot and the battery connector of the phone is short between +and - but the phone power on ant immidiatly displays battery low. ang flash ic gets very hot!!!
please help me i dont understand what happened phone was ok just before i format it

i also found out that the MT6223 is getting very hot too before i turn the phone on but the flash ic of the 6225 is getting hot after i power on the phone. so please tell me what happened and what is damaged ?

its not the same case and not the same phone
and phone was perfect except camera
i formatted it safe mode and was ok but when i formatted it complete mode now all bga parts are getting very hot and battery connector is quitly short but phone power on

restore backup and check if this will help
it must be created automaticly after FFS complete

i already restored the full eeprom backup but didnt solve. i dont understand what happened. i was using external power 4 volts. but i did many phones before with that voltage and never had that problem. what can be damaged the flash ic or cpu all bga parts are getting hot
