Infinitybox dongle smartcard problem - GSM-Forum

I LOST CM2SPD,CM2MTK,CM2RDA ACTIVATION ON MY SMARTCARD.I HAD THIS DONGLE SINCE JULY 2015 AND I ALSO ACTIVATED NOKIA BEST DONGLE ON IT.ALL MODULES WORKED PERFECT BUT SINCE YESTERDAY,ONLY CM2RDA,CM2SPD AND CM2RDA CANT BE OPENED.OTHERWISE ALL OTHER OLD MODULES INCLUDING INFINYTY BEST DONGLE ARE WORKING PERFECT.PLEASE HELP ME.HERE IS LOG Dongle serial No (S/N): CB742390
Firmware version: 0130.02

Your dongle has latest firmware version and CM2 should work.
if you have any problem please explain the problem in details.
